FNP-BC, CNM
As a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife specializing in women’s health, I am deeply committed to advocating for every woman’s right to autonomy, respect, and comprehensive care.
Too often, women are dismissed, minimized, or told to simply “be patient” when it comes to their health concerns. The normalization of pain, discomfort, and emotional struggle, especially in a system not designed with women at the center, ends here.
With years of experience caring for women across every stage of life, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my practice. As a mother of four, I understand firsthand the profound impact pregnancy, childbirth, and hormonal transitions can have on a woman's body, mind, and identity. From pelvic floor dysfunction to shifting hormones, from vaginal dryness to sexual wellness and perimenopausal changes, I’ve lived it, studied it extensively, and helped hundreds of women reclaim their health and confidence.
Elevating the Pregnancy Journey Through Midwifery Care
Pregnancy is a powerful, deeply personal journey and it deserves care that honors both the science and the sacredness of the experience. As a Certified Nurse Midwife, I believe in placing women at the center of their own maternity care, fostering a relationship built on trust, shared decision-making, and individualized support.
Midwifery care is not just an alternative, it’s evidence-based, holistic care that consistently produces better outcomes for both mothers and babies. Research shows that midwifery-led care is associated with lower rates of cesarean births, fewer interventions, higher breastfeeding rates, and greater overall satisfaction with the birth experience. Women under midwifery care are more likely to feel empowered, informed, and emotionally supported throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period.
At Full Circle Premium Health, we support natural physiologic birth whenever possible, but we also recognize and respect the unique needs and preferences of every woman. Whether you envision an unmedicated birth or prefer the support of medical options, our goal is to provide the education, preparation, and advocacy you need to make confident, informed choices.
Midwifery care is about more than delivering babies, it’s about honoring the strength of women, protecting their choices, and nurturing their well-being during one of life’s most transformative seasons. When women are seen, heard, and supported, the ripple effects extend far beyond birth.
Compassionate, Comprehensive Care for Every Stage
The transitions into perimenopause and menopause are often overlooked, downplayed, or misunderstood in traditional healthcare settings. Women are frequently told that symptoms like vaginal dryness, sleep disturbances, mood shifts, urinary incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, and declining libido are just “part of aging”—something to quietly endure.
At Full Circle Premium Health, we reject that narrative. These changes are real, valid, and deserve thoughtful, evidence-based support. Our approach to midlife health is rooted in education, empowerment, and partnership. We take the time to listen, assess, and create individualized care plans that address your physical, emotional, and sexual health during this vital stage of life.
You don’t have to navigate this journey alone or settle for outdated assumptions about what you should expect. Whether you're just starting to notice changes or well into your postmenopausal years, we're here to walk with you every step of the way, offering compassionate care, cutting-edge treatments, and a safe space to ask questions and explore options.
Because you deserve more than “just deal with it.” You deserve care that evolves with you.
At Full Circle Premium Health, you’ll find a provider who listens deeply, respects your voice, and partners with you to create a care plan that reflects your goals, your values, and your lived experience.
If you’re ready for a provider who sees the full picture, you, your story, your strength, then welcome. I created this practice so that women could have a compassionate, empowering place to call home.
Let’s build this village together.
